With more than 15 years of experience as a career coach, I help physicians and future physicians define, create, and achieve fulfilling careers in medicine and beyond. I provide supportive, strategic coaching for people at every stage of the medical journey—including pre-medical students, medical students, residents, fellows, clinicians, and physician-scientists.
My coaching is informed by my training as a licensed counselor, along with my experiences directing the career coaching program at Stanford School of Medicine and working in the pharmaceutical industry with residents, fellows, attendings, and community clinicians. I also draw on my background as a marketing communications editor to help clients craft compelling, effective career documents.

Most recently, I served as Assistant Director of Career Success at Stanford School of Medicine for nearly a decade, where I provided more than 3,800 coaching appointments. My work contributed to first-choice residency and fellowship matches, a 98% medical school admission rate, and successful transitions into clinical, faculty, and industry leadership roles.
